1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, paprika, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.

2. Add the paneer cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat the paneer with the marinade.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) to allow the flavours to develop.

4. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

5. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with Spraylite Ghee Flavour Cooking Spray.

6. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

7. Lightly spray the paneer cubes with Spraylite Ghee Flavour Cooking Spray.

8. Bake the paneer tikka in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the paneer is lightly browned and crispy around the edges.

9. Remove the paneer tikka from the oven and serve hot.
