Hari Moong Ka Omelette

It is an easy and simple vegetarian omelette recipe made with mung bean batter. It is perhaps one of the famous street food breakfast recipes from the famous old streets of New Delhi.

Ingredients
 Green Moong(Gram)
 1 Onion
 Ginger
 Coriander leaves
 Tomato
 Green Chilli
 Salt
 SprayLite Butter Flavor Cooking Spray

Grind the soaked Green moong to a coarse paste.

Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, green chillis and coriander leaves along with salt, and season the nonstick Tawa.

Spread the mixture evenly in a round / oval shape on the heated tawa.

Spray over the omelette, SprayLite Butter Flavor Cooking Spray and allow it to cook on medium flame, after the omelette leaves the tawa surface, turn it over and cook again to a crisp light brown stage.

Serve hot with freshly ground coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and fresh coconut chutney.
