Cajun Cod
Ingredients

SprayLite Butter Flavor Cooking Spray

1 pound cod or catfish fillets (about 4 oz each)

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Directions

Preheat broiler. Spray rack of broiler pan with SprayLite cooking spray.

Spray both sides of fish fillets evenly with SprayLite cooking spray. Place on rack of broiler pan; sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.

Broil 8-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork
