Methi Na Dhebra

Butter Flavor

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fenugreek leaves (methi), chopped
  • 1 cup millet flour (bajre ka atta)
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 1 tablespoon Bengal gram flour (besan)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/4 teaspoon semolina (rawa)
  • 1/2 cup fresh curds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • SprayLite Butter Flavor cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients to make a soft dough, adding warter if required.
  2. Divide into equal portions and roll out into circles of 100 mm. (4") diameter.
  3. Cook on both sides with cooking spray on a tava till golden brown.
  4. Serve with tea.
