We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
The return is valid only if the there is a leakage, the product is damaged, if the nozzle is broken or leaks within 3 days of the delivery of the product (Any damage caused to the product due to customer mishandling shall not be accounted for an exchange). To be eligible for the exchange please follow the following instructions-
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note the window for such complaints is only for 24 hrs after the delivery has been done. To initiate an exchange in such cases please follow these steps-
1- Click images of the product, packaging and bill and email to us within 24hrs of the delivery at sales@eacurrim.biz for review.
2- Once approved, we shall process your request and deliver you a new brand product free of cost
7 days returns are applicable for a refund of the product. However, the product shall be in the same condition as received along with the shipping label and packaging. The customer shall be responsible to ship the product to our office in Mumbai. Once the product is received, we shall initiate the full refund.
To ensure you receive your product at the earliest we start manufacturing at the earliest. Hence, please note, after placing the order if you wish to cancel the order, please contact us within 1 hour after placing the order for a full refund. Any requests received after 1 hour of placing the order shall not be valid for a full refund.
